Flood Advisory issued February 13 at 7:23PM PST until February 13 at 9:30PM PST by NWS San Francisco CA

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Portions of northern Monterey and San Benito county,
southern Santa Clara and southeastern Santa Cruz.

* WHEN…Until 930 PM PST.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Ponding of water
in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 722 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Salinas, Watsonville, Gilroy, Hollister, Seaside, Monterey,
Marina, Pacific Grove, Carmel-By-The-Sea, Carmel Valley,
Boronda, Spreckels, Prunedale, Castroville, Chualar, Moss
Landing, Interlaken, Ridgemark, San Clemente Dam and Del
Monte Forest.
