Ohio River at Olmsted Lock and Dam.
.Recent rainfall and expected significant rainfall this weekend will
continue to cause rises on the Ohio River. At Olmsted, the level
will climb above flood stage tomorrow and crest late next week.
* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE…Ohio River at Olmsted Lock and Dam.
* WHEN…From Friday evening to Friday, February 21.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:00 AM CST Thursday the stage was 33.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow evening to a crest of 38.2 feet Tuesday
evening. It will then fall below flood stage Friday, February
21.
– Flood stage is 36.0 feet.
