* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Calcasieu River near Kinder.

* WHEN…From Saturday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 16.0 feet, Flooding of wooded areas near the river
will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:15 PM CST Thursday the stage was 14.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Saturday evening and continue rising to a crest of 17.0 feet
early Monday morning.
– Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
