…The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Kentucky…West Virginia…

Tug Fork River at Kermit affecting Mingo, Wayne and Martin
Counties.

.Heavy rainfall of 2 to 4 inches this weekend will result in minor
flooding along the Tug Fork River.

For the Tug Fork River…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Tug Fork River at Kermit.

* WHEN…From Sunday morning to Monday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 38.0 feet, Several roads in low lying areas along the
river flood.
At 40.0 feet, In Warfield, low sections of Riverfront Road flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:00 PM EST Thursday the stage was 22.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river will rise above flood stage late Sunday
morning to 41.8 feet early Monday morning. It will fall below
flood stage early Monday afternoon.
– Flood stage is 38.0 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of
40.2 feet on 02/12/2018.
