Chattahoochee River at GA 100 at Franklin affecting Heard County.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE…Chattahoochee River at GA 100 at Franklin.

* WHEN…From this evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 23.0 feet, Flood stage is reached. Minor flooding
begins in the woodlands and fields along the river upstream and
downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 27. Low portions of the
park and athletic fields will begin to flood on the downstream and
right bank side of the bridge.
