* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

– Potentially heavy rainfall of one to two inches falling on
existing snowpack could result in rapid melting of the
snowpack. The rapidly melting snowpack combined with new
additional rainfall will likely result in rises on rivers and
streams.
