Flood Watch issued February 13 at 8:16PM CST until February 16 at 6:00AM CST by NWS Paducah KY

* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…All of western Kentucky, New Madrid and Mississippi
counties in southeast Missouri, Massac, Pope, and Hardin counties
in southern Illinois, and Spencer county in southwest Indiana.

* WHEN…From late Friday night through late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are forecast, with
localized higher amounts up to 6 inches possible. Soils are
already saturated across the region, so this rain could lead
to significant flooding impacts through the weekend. Rises on
area rivers are expected as well.
