.Fading west-northwest (290-300 degree) will maintain elevated
surf along west facing shores of the Big Island through
tonight.

* WHAT…Surf of 6 to 8 feet.

* WHERE…West facing shores of the Big Island.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM HST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents
will make swimming dangerous.
