Lake Effect Snow Warning issued February 13 at 8:38PM EST until February 15 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY

* WHAT…Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations
between 6 and 12 inches and localized amounts of over 15 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 45 mph this evening, decreasing to 20 to
25 mph gusts by Friday morning.

* WHERE…Madison, Northern Oneida, Onondaga, and Southern Oneida
Counties.

* WHEN…Until 1 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
