Lake Effect Snow Warning issued February 13 at 9:24PM EST until February 14 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Albany NY

* WHAT…Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations
between 2 and 6 inches with up to 7 to 8 inches near the Oneida
and Otsego County border. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Southern Herkimer County.

* WHEN…Until 7 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
