Small Craft Advisory issued February 13 at 11:29PM EST until February 14 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Marquette MI

* WHAT…For the Heavy Freezing Spray Warning, heavy freezing
spray at a rate of 2 cm per hour or greater occurring, and may
rapidly accumulate on vessels. For the Small Craft Advisory,
west winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and waves 1 to 2
ft occurring.

* WHERE…Huron Islands to Marquette MI.

* WHEN…For the Heavy Freezing Spray Warning, until 7 AM EST
Friday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Operating a vessel in heavy freezing spray is
hazardous. Freezing spray may render mechanical and electronic
components inoperative. Rapid ice accretion on decks and
superstructures may result in a catastrophic loss of
stability. Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
