Special Weather Statement issued February 13 at 11:15PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 1115 PM EST, snow showers were located 11 miles west of Knox,
moving east at 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these snow showers.

Locations impacted include…
Clarion, Brookville, Knox, Reynoldsville, Sykesville, Falls Creek,
Parker, Sligo, Emlenton, Strattanville, Summerville, Limestone,
Shippenville, St. Petersburg, Corsica, Eau Claire, Callensburg,
Foxburg, Cherry Valley, and Knox-Dale.

This includes Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 39
and 96.

Snow will lead to reduced visibilities and hazardous travel
conditions.

Icy roads are possible as the snow melts on the roads then quickly
refreezes.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.
