* WHAT…West winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts between 40 and 50 mph. A
few brief gusts up to 55 mph are possible across the high terrain.

* WHERE…Areas generally near and northwest of I-95.

* WHEN…From 7 PM this evening to 4 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and some power outages may result.
