* WHAT…West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 to 55 mph
expected.

* WHERE…Portions of northwestern Connecticut including northern
Litchfield County and the Mohawk Valley, Greater Capital Region,
Schoharie Valley and the eastern Catskills in eastern New York.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
