* WHAT…Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. Winds
gusting 40 to 60 mph in the southern Grande Ronde Valley through
this evening.

* WHERE…Grande Ronde Valley.

* WHEN…Until 10 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be difficult due to periods of moderate to
heavy snow and strong winds.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The combination of strong winds, blowing and
drifting snow, and ongoing snowfall is expected to periodically
reduce visibilities to one-half mile or less through this
afternoon.

Rain/snow showers returned to the Yukon Delta Sunday afternoon as the next system arrived. Showers will stretch north to St. Lawrence Island by Monday morning and to the southern Seward Peninsula by noon Monday. Showers are expected to be a messy rain/snow mix, especially in the Yukon Delta and lower Yukon Valley where the mix will be more rain than snow. Snow becomes more dominant for areas from Shaktoolik north, but showers will be less frequent there keeping accumulations light. Neosho River near Parsons affecting Neosho and Labette Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neosho River near Parsons. * WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flood waters spread over fields to a distance of 1 and one fourth miles. Several county roads, mainly along the left bank are inundated. Several residents which live along the right bank in the vicinity of Highway 400 may experience water entering their homes at basement levels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 AM CDT Monday
