* WHAT…Mixed precipitation. Total snow accumulations of one to
three inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds
gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Willapa Hills and Adjacent River Valleys of Pacific and
Wahkiakum Counties, and South Washington Cascade Foothills.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous.
