* WHAT…Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations 4 to 9
inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as
40 mph.

* WHERE…Wayne County.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be difficult. Areas of blowing snow will
significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Friday morning commute. Gusty winds will down tree
branches and cause isolated power outages.
