.A quick burst of snow is expected to occur Friday afternoon into
Friday night across west central and southwestern Wisconsin. Between
2 and 5 inches of snow are expected to fall, leading to a
potentially hazardous evening commute. While snow in many locations
will come to an end Friday night, there is the potential for
additional snow Saturday.
* WHAT…Snow expected. The snow may become heavy at times. Total
snow accumulations between 2 and 5 inches.
* WHERE…Portions of central, north central, southwest, and west
central Wisconsin.
* WHEN…From 2 PM Friday to 6 AM CST Saturday.
* IMPACTS…Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions.
Visibilities may fall to 1/2 mile or less at times. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
