Cold Weather Advisory issued February 14 at 10:34PM CST until February 15 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Grand Forks ND

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 35 below expected.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and
northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN…Until noon CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.
