For the Red River…including Port Royal…elevated river levels are
forecast.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Red River at Port Royal.

* WHEN…From Saturday evening to early Tuesday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 5:30 PM CST Friday the stage was 12.6 feet and falling.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow evening to a crest of 41.0 feet early Sunday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Monday
evening.
– Action stage is 25.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
