…The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in South
Carolina…

Congaree River At Congaree River at Columbia affecting Richland
and Lexington Counties.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Congaree River at Congaree River at Columbia.

* WHEN…Until Monday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 10.0 feet, Flooding occurs in flood prone areas near
and downstream from Columbia. Flooding also occurs on parts of the
Cayce and West Columbia river walk.
At 13.0 feet, Flooding occurs in flood prone areas near and
downstream from Columbia. Flooding also occurs over much of the
Cayce and West Columbia river walk.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM EST Friday the stage was 12.9 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 19.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river will rise to 13.2 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall to 7.9 feet Monday morning. It will rise to
9.3 feet Tuesday morning. It will then fall again and remain
below flood stage.
– Action stage is 10.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
