Flood Warning issued February 14 at 9:26PM EST by NWS Tallahassee FL

…The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Florida…

Apalachicola River near Blountstown affecting Liberty, Franklin,
Calhoun and Gulf Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Apalachicola River near Blountstown.

* WHEN…From Saturday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 18.0 feet, Forest Road 115 in Liberty County at River
Styx Campground will flood, isolating access to the site.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:15 PM EST Friday /7:15 PM CST Friday/ the stage was 13.7
feet.
– Forecast…The river is now expected to rise above flood
stage early Saturday afternoon and continue rising to a crest
of 18.3 feet by early Monday afternoon. The river is now
expected to hold steady near 18.3 feet through much of the
week.
– Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of
18.2 feet on 07/28/2013.
