* IMPACTS…At 13.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding near the river will
occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:15 PM CST Friday the stage was 9.8 feet.
– Forecast…Flood stage may be reached Thursday evening.
– Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
