Flood Watch issued February 14 at 9:06PM EST until February 16 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
areas, Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe, Muskingum and Noble,
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Fayette,
Greene, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of
Westmoreland, Washington and Westmoreland, and West Virginia,
including the following areas, Brooke, Eastern Preston, Eastern
Tucker, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Ridges of
Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Western Tucker and
Wetzel.

* WHEN…From 7 AM EST Saturday through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– One and one half to two inches of rain is possible Saturday
into Sunday.
