Winter Storm Warning issued February 14 at 12:31PM MST until February 15 at 5:00PM MST by NWS Cheyenne WY

* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 1 and
2 feet with higher amounts possible above 9000 feet in elevation.
Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Sierra Madre Range.

* WHEN…Until 5 PM MST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Outdoor recreation could become dangerous to those
caught unprepared for hazardous winter conditions. Hunters,
hikers, and snowmobilers may become disoriented and lost due to
low visibility in falling and blowing snow.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A brief lull is possible Friday afternoon and
evening before a second round of snow begins Friday night into
Saturday.
