Winter Storm Warning issued February 14 at 7:08PM EST until February 17 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Albany NY

* WHAT…Heavy wintry mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and
sleet accumulations between 7 and 10 inches and ice accumulations
up to 0.10 to 0.15 tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35
mph.

* WHERE…Portions of east central and eastern New York and southern
Vermont.

* WHEN…From 4 PM Saturday to 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous from snow, sleet and ice
accumulations. Travel could be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snowfall rates Saturday night into Sunday
morning could periodically reach up to one inch per hour.

Winds turn strong Sunday night into Monday with gusts reaching up to
30 to 40mph. Strong winds combined with any ice on trees could
result in additional isolated to scattered power outages.
