* IMPACTS…Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low
visibilities to create difficult driving conditions. Areas of
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.

valleys along the east slopes of the Oregon Cascades Saturday
night into Sunday morning, with total ice accumulations of
