Winter Weather Advisory issued February 14 at 9:23PM EST until February 17 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Buffalo NY

* WHAT…Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations 4 to 7 inches and ice accumulations around three
tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Niagara and Orleans Counties.

* WHEN…From 10 AM Saturday to 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
ice. Travel could be become difficult. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches and cause isolated power outages.
