* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 35 below expected. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold
wind chills as low as 60 below possible.

* WHERE…Northwest and north central North Dakota.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/
Sunday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Sunday evening through
Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 60 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in 5 minutes.
