counties, Gallia, Jackson, Lawrence and Meigs and western West
Virginia, including the following counties, Cabell and Mason.
* WHEN…Until 600 PM EST.
* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 126 PM EST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding
is ongoing in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

Huntington, Ashland, Ironton, Point Pleasant, Gallipolis,
Coal Grove, Oak Hill, Rio Grande, Chesapeake, Racine,
