Heavy rain may fall on the primed snowpack leading to the melt and
runoff increasing. Flows in rivers may increase quickly and reach
critical levels.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Somerset County.

* WHEN…From midnight EST tonight through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
