* WHERE…In Maryland, Central and Eastern Allegany and Extreme
Western Allegany Counties. In Virginia, Eastern Highland and
Western Highland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Grant,
Eastern Mineral, Eastern Pendleton, and Western Mineral Counties.

* WHEN…From noon Sunday to noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
