High Wind Watch issued February 15 at 7:20PM EST until February 17 at 5:00PM EST by NWS State College PA

* WHAT…West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 55 to 65 mph possible.

* WHERE…Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Northern Centre, and
Somerset Counties.

* WHEN…From Sunday afternoon through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The strongest wind gusts will occur just
behind the cold front Sunday afternoon, but gusty winds will
continue into Monday.
