* WHAT…West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts 50 to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE…Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN…From Sunday afternoon through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Widespread icing adding additional weight on
trees and power lines before the high winds arrive could
exacerbate tree damage and downed powerlines.
