* WIND…East wind 15 to 25 mph with higher daytime gusts. Winds
will be highest across higher terrain.

* HUMIDITY…Down to 50 to 60 percent at times, mainly from
late morning until sunset.

* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended. Conditions will ease
during the nighttime hours.
