Winter Storm Watch issued February 15 at 1:51PM CST until February 19 at 6:00AM CST by NWS Topeka KS

* WHAT…Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 6 and
8 inches with locally higher amounts possible.

* WHERE…Portions of central and east central Kansas.

* WHEN…From late Monday night through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS…Roads will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel
could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Tuesday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Winds are forecast to be from the northeast
10 to 20 mph as the heavier snowfall occurs.
