Winter Storm Watch issued February 15 at 7:27PM EST until February 19 at 6:00AM EST by NWS Buffalo NY

* WHAT…For the Winter Weather Advisory, mixed precipitation.
Additional snow and sleet accumulations 2 to 4 inches and ice
accumulations of up to one quarter of an inch. Winds gusting as
high as 50 mph Sunday afternoon and Sunday night. For the Winter
Storm Watch, heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow
accumulations 8 to 16 inches possible in the most persistent lake
snows. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph Monday and Monday night
creating blowing and drifting snow with near whiteout conditions
at times.

* WHERE…Wayne and Northern Cayuga Counties. For the Winter Storm
Watch northeastern Wayne and northern Cayuga counties.

* WHEN…For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 AM EST Monday. For
the Winter Storm Watch, from late Sunday night through late
Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS…For the Winter Weather Advisory, power outages and tree
damage are possible due to the ice and strong winds. Travel could
be difficult with slick roadways, particularly bridges and
overpasses. For the Winter Storm Watch, visibilities may
occasionally drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow.
Roads will likely become slick and hazardous.
