Winter Storm Watch issued February 15 at 9:33PM EST until February 19 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY

* WHAT…Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations between 2 and 4 inches and ice accumulations up to
two tenths of an inch. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy lake
effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 7 and 14
inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Onondaga County.

* WHEN…For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 9 AM EST Sunday. For
the Winter Storm Watch, from late Sunday night through Wednesday
morning.

* IMPACTS…A few power outages and tree damage are possible due to
the ice. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas
of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening
commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
