* WHAT…Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 4 inches,
highest across the eastern parts of the counties. Locally higher
amounts are possible if a heavy lake band develops and moves
inland. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE…Manitowoc and Kewaunee Counties.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Visibility may fall to
a half mile or less at times. Minor blowing and drifting snow.
