accumulations between 2 and 5 inches and ice accumulations between
one tenth and three tenths of an inch.

* WHERE…Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, and Sullivan Counties.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Scattered power outages and tree damage are possible due
to the ice. Travel could be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Highest ice accumulations will be in the
highest elevations.
