* WHERE…Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Barbour, Upshur,
and Southeast Nicholas Counties.

* WHEN…From 1 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday morning commute.
