Blizzard Warning issued February 16 at 6:56PM EST until February 17 at 3:00PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT…Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between
3 and 5 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds
gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE…In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher
Elevations of Westmoreland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern
Preston, Eastern Tucker, and Western Tucker Counties.

* WHEN…Until 3 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday morning commute. Strong winds could cause
extensive damage to trees and power lines.
