* WHAT…Blizzard conditions, mainly along Laurel Ridge over Western
Somerset County. Additional snow accumulations 1 to 3 inches, with
the heaviest amounts along Laurel Ridge. Winds gusting as high as
60 mph.

* WHERE…Somerset County.

* WHEN…Until 3 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Whiteout conditions are expected, mainly over the ridges
of Western Somerset County, making travel treacherous and
potentially life-threatening. Conditions will gradually improve
late tonight and Monday.
