* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 34 below zero expected. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously
cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero possible.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest Iowa, southwest Minnesota, and
southeast South Dakota.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 3 AM to noon CST
Monday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from late Monday night through
Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
