Cold Weather Advisory issued February 16 at 8:50PM CST until February 17 at 11:00AM CST by NWS Quad Cities IA IL

* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 25 below expected. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold
wind chills as low as 30 below possible.

* WHERE…Portions of north central and northwest Illinois and east
central and northeast Iowa.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 11
AM CST Monday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from late Monday night
through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in 20 minutes or less. Frostbite and hypothermia
will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
