* WHAT…Dangerously cold temperatures as low as 45 below expected
with wind chills as low as 60 below.

* WHERE…Northeast Montana.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM MST this evening.
For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 11 AM MST
Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur in as little as 5
minutes if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. An
extended period of extreme temperatures could cause ruptured water
pipes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The coldest temperatures and wind chills will
generally be found near the Canadian border.
