Extreme Cold Warning issued February 16 at 9:11PM CST until February 17 at 10:00AM CST by NWS Duluth MN

* WHAT…For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills
as low as 45 below zero expected. For the Extreme Cold Watch,
dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero possible.

* WHERE…Pine, Carlton, St. Louis Counties. This includes the
Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band, the Mille Lacs Band,
Hinckley and, Lena Lake areas and the Bois Forte Band, Nett Lake
and, Lake Vermilion areas. Other locations including Voyageurs
National Park. This also includes the Boundary Waters western area.

* WHEN…For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 10 AM CST Monday. For
the Extreme Cold Watch, from late Monday night through Tuesday
morning.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
