rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1006 PM EST, the gauge on Tygarts Creek near Greenup
indicated a stage of 19.8 feet. Flood stage is 20 feet. At 20
feet, low areas along State Route 7 and County Route 2070
start to flood. The country store in Load and some homes near
Tygarts Creek start to flood.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Ashland, Ironton, Coal Grove, Cannonsburg, Catlettsburg,
Greenup, Greenbo Lake, Oldtown, Load, Naples, Letitia,
Coalton, Princess, Flatwoods, Russell, Raceland, Worthington,
South Shore, Wurtland and Bellefonte.
