* IMPACTS…At 22.0 feet, Lowland near the river is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:15 PM CST Sunday the stage was 21.1 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:15 PM CST Sunday was 22.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning and continue falling to 12.7 feet Friday
evening.
