Flood Warning issued February 16 at 8:48PM CST until February 17 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Paducah KY

Flooding caused by recent heavy rain continues. The flood warning
has been extended to allow additional drainage time.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…A portion of western Kentucky, including the following
counties, Ballard, Carlisle, Fulton, and Hickman.

* WHEN…Until noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated
with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow
moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 846 PM CST, Some lingering flooding from recent heavy
rains warrants an extension of the areal flood warning
through Monday morning, to allow additional time for the
standing and high water areas to recede further.

Fulton, Hickman, Clinton, La Center, Bardwell, Wickliffe,
Barlow, Fulgham, Cayce, Lovelaceville, Kevil, Arlington,
Columbus, Blandville, and Boundurant.
